Returns and Shipping policy

Although we always strive to give you the best experience with the products we send you, we understand that sometimes things don’t go the way they should go. That’s why we have a no hassle return policy. Simply contact us via email, chat or phone and tell us about the issues you are having with the item.

Please have the following ready when you reach out to us:

1) Order number
2) Item(s) you wish to return
3) Reason for return.

3rd Party Shipped Items
Because we want to bring you the best brands out there, in order to achieve and maximize our selection, some of the items we offer ship direct from the manufacturer. Again our hassle free return policy will give you peace of mind; simply follow the instructions of the regular returns and leave the rest to us. We will work with the brand to get your item returned to them.

This allows us to maintain our strict quality standards and make your experience better.

Normally, all returns are processed within two-three business days of receipt. Depending on your bank, you should see the refund within a few days after processing.

If you haven’t received your refund in 15 business days after we received your return, please contact us for additional assistance.



As long as your order is placed before 3PM EST your items will be shipped out within the next business day. Some products will ship directly from the manufacturer and those typically leave the warehouse the same business day the order was placed. If for any unforeseen reason your purchased item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified immediately via phone and/or e-mail. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information and/or additional processing is required, there may be a delay in shipping your order.
